Terms

These terms apply to the use of SuperRen, operated by Ren Labs Stockholm AB (reg. no. 5595948539). By submitting your phone number or using the service you accept the terms below.
1. What the service is
SuperRen is a matching service for the deskless workforce. When you submit your number and approve contact, our AI calls you, asks about your experience and availability, helps you create a CV and matches you with open jobs. In the same way we help individuals and companies find workers in areas such as warehousing, restaurants, retail, cleaning, construction, care, transport and events.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to look for work through SuperRen. We may ask you to verify your age and may reject or remove profiles that do not meet the requirement.
3. Calls, recording and texts
AI calls and texts only happen after your approval. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to build your CV and to ensure quality. You can end a call, decline recording, or reply STOP to a text at any time to stop being contacted. Your carrier’s standard call and SMS rates may apply.
4. Your information and your CV
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for having the right to share it. We create your CV from what you tell us, but you are responsible for its accuracy and should review it before it is shared. Misleading information may lead to removal of your profile.
5. No employment relationship with SuperRen
SuperRen is not your employer and is not a party to any agreement between you and whoever engages you. We introduce the parties and administer the matching. Employment, engagement, pay, working hours and supervision are agreed between the worker and the customer.
6. Fees and guarantee
The service is free for job seekers. Talking to SuperRen and receiving candidate suggestions is free, and your first five matches are completely free. After that, proceeding with a candidate costs SEK 337 excl. VAT — a one-time fee with no hidden costs. Prices may change for future requests; the applicable price is the one shown when you make the request. Guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a match you paid for, we refund the fee. Send your request to hej@superren.ai within 14 days of being charged, with a short description of what did not work. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of an approved request. The guarantee applies per match and cannot be used to repeatedly claim refunds for the same candidate.
7. Payment
Payment is made by card or against invoice, according to the option shown at checkout. Invoices are due 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payment incurs a reminder fee and default interest under the Swedish Interest Act. Prices are shown excluding VAT for business customers and including VAT for private individuals.
8. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a private individual (consumer), Swedish distance selling law gives you the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of entering the agreement. Notify us at hej@superren.ai. If you expressly ask us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you may be liable for the part already performed, and the right of withdrawal ends once the service is fully performed. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and you may refer a dispute there: arn.se.
9. Customer responsibilities
SuperRen provides matching and administrative services only. The customer requesting workers is solely responsible for all obligations arising from the engagement, including but not limited to: (a) payment of all applicable taxes, social security contributions and other statutory fees related to the work performed, unless these are handled through the worker’s payroll partner; (b) providing a safe and lawful work environment in accordance with applicable work environment legislation; (c) compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning working hours, breaks, minimum age and workplace safety; (d) any required insurance covering the worker during the performance of the engagement, to the extent not covered by the worker’s payroll partner. SuperRen assumes no responsibility for the fulfilment of these obligations and shall be indemnified by the customer against any claims arising from the customer’s failure to meet them.
10. Prohibited use
The service may not be used for unlawful engagements, undeclared work, discrimination, harassment, or to circumvent labour law. We may refuse or terminate access in case of misuse.
11. Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your profile and CV by emailing hej@superren.ai or replying STOP to a text. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of misuse, misleading information or breach of these terms. Fees already incurred remain payable. After termination we delete or anonymise your data in line with the retention periods in the privacy policy, except for data we must keep under accounting or other law.
12. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that you will get a job, that a candidate accepts an engagement, or that the service is always available. Matching suggestions from our AI are recommendations — the final decision is yours. We do not automatically verify references, permits or certifications unless expressly agreed.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ren Labs Stockholm AB is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data relating to the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us during the last 12 months. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where consumer law gives you stronger rights.
14. Data protection
How we process your personal data, including AI calls and recordings, is described in the privacy policy.
15. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the date above and apply going forward. Swedish law applies and disputes are resolved by Swedish ordinary courts.
